Training

Sargent and Greenleaf has been active in locksmith and safe technician training for fifty years. The company presents full day programs covering its mechanical and electronic safe locks every year at the annual conventions of the
Safe & Vault Technicians Association and the Associated Locksmiths of America.

S&G also conducts training in cooperation with its authorized distributors during regional trade shows and education events, and works with local locksmith associations to make hands-on instruction and product information available to a wide base of technicians.

In addition, Sargent and Greenleaf produces training booklets and videos to take service information to those who are unable to attend live training. The videos are available through the ALOA Video Lending Library. Independent instructors in their own presentations use many of these support materials.

S&G offers the most complete OEM training services in the industry, through written material, videos, and live instruction. These efforts are designed to help our customers achieve more efficient and accurate installations to produce a higher level of consumer satisfaction.
