If four incorrect codes are entered in a row, the lock will shut down for a period of up to fifteen minutes. This is a security feature. Pressing any button anytime during the lockout period will reset the timer to its maximum penalty time (15 minutes). Do not touch any keypad buttons for a period of fifteen minutes, then enter any valid code to open the lock.
If you believe you have the correct code and are still getting penalty time you may need to run the Management Reset Code. Please wait out the 15 minute penalty time before running the code.
